Identifying and Formulating Barriers to the Development of Creative Industries in the Islamic Republic of Iran: A Case Study of the Toy Industry

Abstract
ABSTRACT

The game, toy and entertainment industry is one of the most important industries of any country in the direction of educating and preparing its future generation, and the knowledge-based subject of this industry can be useful and effective in advancing its main goals. In the last years we see the old people like to spend theit times with toys and board game,too. So it shoes this topic can be one of the most important topic of this time. This research has evaluated and prioritized the main knowledge-based criteria for a game and toy product. In this research, which was carried out with quantitative and qualitative methods, first the main criteria were determined from the interviews that were conducted with experts in this field, and with the method of content analysis, primary and comprehensive themes, which are the main knowledge-based criteria and their related components, were counted. And then they were weighted with the Shannon entropy method and prioritized with the TOPSIS method, and the importance of each of these criteria in the knowledge-based verification of a game and toy product was determined. The findings of this research show that in addition to the three current knowledge-based conditions, i.e. production stage, technology level and design based on research and development, effectiveness and commercialization conditions can be among the criteria for evaluating products in the game and toy industry, which of course for each of these criteria , comp
